"I purchased and paid for an item through this merchant's eBay store on 2/23/12. The ad stated "free expedited shipping". I heard nothing from them and when I had not received my item, I sent them an email on March 6, 2012 inquiring about the order's status. No response, so I finally opened an eBay case on 3/10. They also ignored the inquiry from eBay. I again emailed them on 3/17. That one was ignored as well. On 3/20 after having still not received my item or a refund, I escalated my case to a claim and within hours eBay/PayPal refunded my money. Shortly thereafter, I finally get my very first message in 26 days from this company stating and I quote, "We need to cancel this."...that was the the ENTIRE message, not even the courtesy of an explanation or hint of an apology."
