"After much ado, ScrappyDogScooter orders are being fulfilled by RnD Moto.
The website is www.RnDmoto.com
The phone number is ***-***-****

"In May of 2018 I bought about $70 worth of parts, no tracking, no response and no delivery either, I wound up filing a chargeback with Paypal and Visa- both of whom tried contacting this Rick Main/Scrappydogscooters and giving him 10 days and then some to respond- he never did, so I got refunds from my card issuers.
I filed a complaint with the BBB and he never responded to them either.
Subsequently I researched and found an RnD Moto who claimed to have simply bought scrappydogscooters inventory, inexplicably has their own state of Utah issued business license in Rick Main's name, as does the "whois" for their web site domain name. I found the state issued business license for Alchemy motive (scrappydogscooters, chinesescooterparts) AND RnD Moto is identical- address and owner name.
Additionally, when PayPal credited my account due to the chargeback, the page showing the transaction had "Seller: RnD Moto" along with "Rick Main" and Rick Main's email address @alchemy which connects him to all of these, including RnD Moto.
Over a week ago RnD contacted me via FB messenger and claimed to only have bought Ricks inventory (then why is HIS name on THEIR new business license, domain AND the Paypal account too!?) and I asked for documentation proving this, so far nothing out of them.
I would avoid these places, WAY too many "questions" and questionable stuff and scooter forums are full of complaints about scrappydogscooters, so it makes sense that he moved like he posted he was going to- to Utah, and then ditched the now messed up scrappydogscooter "brand" and licensed it as "RnD Moto" to start fresh.

"This is the WORST "business" I have ever dealt with, very unprofessional, they lie over the phone and have the WORST customer service. I returned an item after being told that it was OK and they would refund my money, I mailed the NEW part back and never got a refund..... after numerous calls and negative feedback I decided to let the legal system take over. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!

"I placed an order on 12/15 over the phone for nearly $600 in parts. They called me back the same day to tell me they were cancelling the order because they did not have the parts. I asked for a refund and now they will not return my calls or reply to my emails."
"I was sent a cylinder kit with the wrong gudgeon pin. Try as I may (several times) to get the situation rectified they simply chose to ignore me in the end hoping I'd go away. Due to poor packaging, the head gasket I ordered was damaged and they weren't interested in that either. There are plenty of other suppliers out there I suggest using one of them."
"I ordered a part for a scooter and it came defective brand new. I called and sent emails and no one responded. I actually didn't want my money back, since I needed the part and I spent $ to get it fixed. I just needed an acknowledgment about the defective part and at least a sorry from the company."
"I've ordered a few parts through Scrappy's but, I do have to say that I'm not fond of their ordering process. They don't bother to send out any type of confirmation emails nor do they send you a tracking number for the shipment. Also, their prices tend to be quite a bit higher than they should - maybe that's because of their location in Las Vegas. But, still, the prices are generally too high for what the product is. I only order from them when I can't find what I need elsewhere."
"ScrappyDogScooters is the best. This other reviewer with the negative attitude, poor grammar, which you can't even understand, is crazy. Sounds like he unscrewed something and broke the part. No scooter parts business, or any business, takes back broken stuff, or even electrical parts. It's industry standard. They have alot of really good parts for incredibly good prices and have been around forever. Judge for yourself and not some idiot."
"I got a cdi for a cf250 it.
