"I had a 2014 macbook air. When I went to their retail store, the process was so simple.

The workforce there were knowledgeable and it was easy. They called out that the quote may be reduced becuase some of the conditions that I had indicated will be validated again and they also told me the range of what I might get.

However, on inspection , they did not reduce the quote. It was a well managed store. The whole process was smooth and quick.

"10/10 couldn't have been better! I did not believe that businesses like this existed. Let me clarify. I knew that tons of online businesses claim to buy back tech at top dollar but then scam you or rip you off once you send in your stuff, claiming that it isn't in the condition they were promised when they offered you a quote. This place is the truly the opposite. They have been extremely fair and consistent throughout multiple transactions, and even sent me replacement shipping material when the original box they sent was taken by one of my neighbors (something our deal did not include originally). My very first transaction with this company set the tone. I sent in an iMac, not knowing if I would be scammed or tricked. NOT ONLY did they honor their original quote, they saw that I mislabeled the product when estimating its worth and paid me MORE THAN I AGREED TO. I highly recommend using them if you like the quote they offer you. They are a great company and seem to really care about their reputation and quality of service. Keep it up guys."
