"Sell you're mac sent me a box with a pre-paid label, shipped them my old (mid-2009) laptop and they issued my payment within a week of its arrival. I did have to email and ask for an update after the item appeared to be delivered but within an hour of emailing I received a notification that a check was on the way. Since the laptop was so old I didn't get much but better than it sitting gathering dust in my house. "

"As always, Sell Your MAC was speedy. The problem came with organization and just being courteous. Apparently, the the team expected an adapater to be with my order although it was listed on the quote it wouldn’t be included along with other problems that were going on with it. I get an email stating the chargers are expensive and they wanted to know if I had it because they’re costly to replace. I responded promptly to the team member helping me with no reply. I wrote back again a couple days later and asked was everything fine because he didn’t reply although I responded within three minutes. Still no reply. I did end up receiving an email with a deposit to my PayPal a few days later with the promised quote, but the customer service was lacking and inconsiderate. It’s just a pillow thing to do to at least follow up with someone after they answered your questions or have concerns. I would still recommend Sell Your MAC. "

“We had reached out to the seller to discuss some of the major discrepancies with their quote ahead of sending payment. That is the reason that the seller stated "payment was 1/2 the amount" is we had paid for some of their items sent in. and had sent emails to explain the issues with the rest of the items. In this case, the items were misquoted with wrong specs and we discuseds a resolution with the seller finalizing the rest of the payment. Additionally, we have reached out multiple times to the seller since since to confirm they were fully satisfied, but have been unable to get a response from them on updating this feedback regarding our resolution and payment.”
