"I had placed an order online they sent me the incorrect item so I contacted them. They told me that I had to pay to return the item when they were the ones that made the mistake. I then placed another order from them, and again was sent the incorrect item. I notified them by email got no response. Went onto their Facebook page and put in a post. They then contacted me said I had a choice of either being sent a label or going into the store. When I asked for the label I was told that I could take it into the store. I still have the items that were sent to me incorrectly. This all happened around April or May. I was also told by the representative that I can take it into the store, and that going into the store I would be able to make sure that what I purchased were correct. "
