Disappointing

"Stop in to parts to pick up mats in ordered online for my 2018 Camry and thought I should pick up some touch up paint for my 2017 highlander while I was there. I supplied the vin to the sales person and bought the mats and paint. When I got home to use the paint it was the wrong color. When I called to ask for a refund a nasty dude tried to blame me for the mistake and demanded I make the hour plus round trip and return it for a refund. All over $16. won't be shopping for $50,000 cars there anymore if they don't stand behind their products and employees.

Friendly, helpful staff.

"I really appreciated the help that the gentlemen at the parts department gave me when I dropped in to pick-up the parts I had ordered with a small recommendation. Once I got home and opened the parts box, I realized that there were no instructions to install the door guards that I had ordered and, when I went online, there was a recommendation to ask the parts department (which I had just left). With that, I would recommend that either Toyota or the dealership should proactively include (or offer at pick-up) corresponding instructions to save a trip. Fortunately, after some research, I was able to find the instructions online but including them would have earned the dealership a BIG 5 stars. "

Horrible waiting time for pick up and mismatch item

"It took me 50 minutes to pick up the parts that I have ordered online. The worker was so unefficient and doesn't really care customer service. There's no backup person working in the parts department. Plus, there's one product in my order has a different product ID."

Get it in writing

"Order items on line. System stated two air filters # fit the Avalon/Prius I order both #’s. Garland advised/questioned why I ordered the two filters (Avalon) and I only have one in stock. I stated willing to wait for backorder. I got billed for one Avalon air filter and recd one. Why wasn’t my on line processed as submitted. Also no question by Garland on the two air filters for the Prius with two different part numbers. Garland stated I can return the second filter for Avalon for the least expensive one. How can I if I never got billed for it. Garland said one thing but it’s not how my purchase turned out."

"Thank you Tyrone!

I ordered a replacement alternator using the Toyota parts website and my VIN. Thankfully, Tyrone double-checked my selection and informed me I actually needed a different part number (saving me near $400.00 for a non-returnable item). The correct alternator was not in stock so he shipped it to my home. Otherwise, I drive near 50 miles (and bridge toll), passing many other dealerships on the way, to purchase my parts from SF Toyota. Prompt service, no messing around...and an internet discount too. Thank you!

Good Spot for Toyota OEM Parts

"I've had a hard time finding an OEM master cylinder for my 2008 Sequoia and I finally found a part number match at this dealer.
Item shipped promptly and I was kept up to date with tracking info sent to my email.
I've dealt with a few other Toyota dealerships that either don't send a tracking number until the item is about to arrive or don't send the item at all and this dealer was a much better experience. The whole process was contactless as well which was nice.
