"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
Phone calls and emails are sparce, refunds are nonexistent, delivery takes several weeks, and items are often damaged.
I ordered a vanity set for my girlfriend, and after waiting 3 weeks, it finally arrived damaged. In accordance with Shopwise's return policy, we rejected the item upon delivery. After several failed phone call attempts, and infrequent email responses, Shopwise eventually asked if I would like a full refund or a replacement; I opted for the replacement.
Several strange emails were then exchanged where they proceeded to tell me that the replacement could also arrive damaged. I instructed Shopwise that it would naturally be in their best interest to ensure packaging was adequate enough to avoid a second rejection, an eventual refund, and a possible customer complaint, but this didn't seem to register with them.
The replacement was sent, and on the day of delivery (another 3 weeks later), the truck driver supposedly forgot to put his truck in park, causing it to roll into something, crashing and damaging the contents. After rejecting this second delivery attempt, I chose to receive a full refund.
Communication was limited before, but after asking for the refund, zero contact was able to be made. No answer at either of their phone numbers, and no returned emails. I'm so thankful I used a credit card to make this purchase, as they were able to give me a statement credit, and have began pursuing action against Shopwise on my behalf. "
"I ordered Transitional Fabric 4 Seater Sofa AX026 by VIG Furniture from shopwiseFurniture.com on 06/12/2014. For $2,775.00. I also called them before ordering the item, and they told me that its a special order item, I was fine with that.
After I ordered I get an email that its a special order sofa, and that they need to cancel the order for me because of that, "Unfortunately,item you ordered is special order and no exact date.so we have to cancel it" I emailed back and called that I new already that it was a special order, and told them to not cancel the item and order it, I will wait.
Then I get another email that they will can't order my order, and told me to order from other sites.
I am disappointed and mad, because why put a sofa for an awesome price, and then email me that you can't ship the item to me???

"Had no problem whatsoever with this reseller. ordered a Sauder desk and printer stand and was in fear that it would arrive damaged from shipping. Shopwise boxed over the original box and added Styrofoam padding to the top and bottom to ensure no damage would occur. I was surprisingly pleased!"
"After receiving prompt replies to my emails and questions, I decided to take a chance on ordering from Shopwise Furniture since their price was by far the lowest on the item I wanted. The desk arrived within a week and I picked it up at their warehouse, though the right warehouse door was a bit difficult to locate. The desk was in perfect condition. Warehouse guys Eric and Pancho handled and loaded it carefully. I would purchase from Shopwise again!"
"Just as some of the other reviews stated, I too purchased a loveseat and days later was told that the item was "out of stock".
I checked today and the loveseat I wanted is still shown as available on their webpage (you can see for yourself!

"Horrible experience.Had I read these reviews prior to ordering, I would have never place an order. Lesson learned.Shipment was not packaged properly, so damage occurred. They are impossible to get on the phone;voicemail box full,too.They stated their skype was down and apologized; no excuse. You need to be there for your customer when you demand,via email, that they call you immediately when their shipment arrives and is damaged. They fell down on their end of the bargin. Look out for the double shipping fees on returns and 25% restocking fee. Totally not worth the stress;run the other way!"
"Item was not in stock as website stated, but I was willing to wait so I ignored other reviews. It turned out that the table manufacturer was NOT the manufacturer that was advertised on the website (but it looks like they may have corrected that on the website since I complained), the table turned out to be walnut and not warm cherry so it does not match an existing table, the width was a 1/2 inch shorter, and I had to actually help the delivery person unload the truck. Shopwise insists their supplier confirmed the table color and dimensions are as advertised and will do nothing. I decided not bother to incure the headache and cost to return because I needed an extra table for a family function. This company clearly engages in fraudulent advertising. "
"I attempted to purchase a bookcase through ShopwiseFurniture. After completing the online transaction, I got an email 4 days later notifying me the "in stock" item was now "out of stock." However, a next day google search showed the same item listed on ShopwiseFurniture at a significantly higher price.
I do not recommend this reseller. They do not keep their prices/inventory current and waste your time. If the price seems good, question whether they can deliver."
"Horrible experience so far! Ordered a day bed and only received the headboard and sides.. No place to put the mattress! Wrote them and explained that a part was missing and supposedly it doesn't come with the bed???????? Who ever heard of a bed with no place for a mattress???? Cannot even find a place on their website to order the spring frame for the mattress and nowhere does it say on their site that beds cannot be used as a bed. Shipping costs and restocking fees prohibit return due to costs!"
