"I could not find a latch that fit my window in any of the many stores that I visited . I had the broken part so it should have been easy to find one that fit . That idea didn't work so I tried to find latches on the internet by looking at pictures with my measurements .

I ordered 4 sets from a company but they only slid in half way so I tried again . I ended up choosing another picture but didn't want to have more latches that would not fit so I went to customer service for help . George researched the latch I had chosen and his advisers suggested a different latch . It was closer to the correct size so I ordered those sets .

I have never had anyone try as hard to solve my problem as George did and am so thankful to him for his efforts . I have not received the latches yet but am confident that they will work .

Thank you for having the company attitude that George reflects . Sometimes a thing as small as a latch can become a huge problem . My window is just setting in the frame until it decides that it wants to fall forward . Currently the blind is holding it in and at times it fails to do its job and I have to push the window back in place . Checking up on it keeps my attention . If my ordered latches fit I'll miss the window visits - gladly .
