Customer Service is absolutely useless! Don't be fooled by the British flag! They are Eastern Europeans! You don't get this misleading website and terrible service from the UK. Trust me I live there! Go somewhere else, you'd probably get it cheaper. This site is just the "middlemen", better yet just go to independent stores that unlock.
