"Why do I seem to be the only person that has had a crap service from sim-unlock.net. I have every email reply to my questions and still they will not give me a refund for not providing a code that worked.
Time and time again I emailed them and they asked for photos of the screen and error messages and kept asking me to input the codes with # letters and without, they even asked for a video of me inputting the code. I kept telling them the code lengths are different and do not work, but still they insisted I keep trying. I have given up and acknowledge I have lost my €31.99 Their must be better companies out there. "
