"I got the phone legitimately through a friend. But they didn't realize that the phone was "locked". They contacted AT&T (of course) after they closed the account; they had a pre-paid account. And they were giving them a hard time... asking them when was the last time they used the phone, what was the last call they made. In short, giving them a hard time.
