Reason is its active on another account. I bought the phone from ATT and mentioned ATT as the network.
If your price was 36, mention it up front. If customers are willing to pay, they will purchase.
Contacted them and sent message asking for which other account it is active on... no reply ..

EDIT :: I got an email -- A refund is being processed for 6.99 and got the money in paypal back. Thanks for refund ( I did not ask for refund in any of my emails. Yet they processed it on their own. Thanks ).
Advice :: Communicate or reply to emails. All means of communication is only through order status. Hard to understand reason for updated status.
