I’ve never requested a refund I just emailed them asking how much longer it’s gonna take and update and since they didn’t answered. I submitted my review in regards their lacked of communication and I stated that if I didn’t get a response I was gonna processes a chargeback to my method of payment. “Apparently they got mad for me saying that and still not responded ” and now the page says that there’s a refund in progress...
They should communicate with they customers. That’s my only complaint. I’m in this world there’s lots of scammers. I don’t want to think they are one of them but if they aren’t responding or Communicating with customers. That’s gets interpreted differently.
