"I received my order few days ago. This time my choice was a 18 inch double honeycomb. Shipping was fast like always, I live on the opposite country side -NY my order arrived in less then a week from smokewires warehouse located in CA. Wrapping was excellent, big plain box with no reference to smokewire :) Solid glass, it says on site 5mm but it feels like 7 mm glass, it came with a big bowl and free ashcatcher, regular price for ash-cacher 69usd, shipping was also free. "I bought a new glass waterpipe on smokewire.com, and thought I was getting a great deal! I bought a 16" 5mm thick double honeycomb stemless bong with a waterguard and ice pinch. it was $210 and came with a "free" ashcatcher. delivery time was fine, about a week with the free shipping on over 200 order. The box arrived and the piece had rough spots all over the glass, was scratched a few places and although I knew I wasnt getting a "premium" piece from a big name I did not expect the cuts in the glass in the waterguard to be poorly done and look terrible.. Also, the "free" ashcathcer had 3 cracks! it leaks water out of the bottom of it making it useless.. I tried 2 times to email and tried 5 times to call smokewire.com, when I call it always goes to a random voicemail that doesn't sound like it is for a business, and I never recieved any kind of response to my emails.. I was nice and detailed in the issues I was having. I wasnt even asking to return anything, I was just asking why they would bother sending me a free item that was broken?
Smokewire.com, does not care about their customers! They have ZERO customer service and their products are CRAP! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! "

"Im personally not buying any place else but here. Customer service for one is top notch. Jane responds to emails within 24 hrs. Pricing is very competitive and shipping within the US is quicker and safer. And the glass...beautiful!! Recommended to everyone i deal with. My only gripe is product variety but ive seen new items added since my order so im sure thats changing. All in all, they had what i wanted, it arrived sooner than expected and i saved money compared to other sites. I couldnt ask for a better experience. Thanks Smokewire!!!"
