They doesn't cooperate at all, because according to them, the problem is caused by an external factor and it's not under warranty. I've paid an extra fee for the warranty extension (+1 year) but it worth nothing because they won't fix my phone."

"Purchased 2 phones over 18 months oneplus and a xiaomi mi4s. Opo developed fault which required me to return it to be fixed. Package NOT signed for, spent 4 weeks doing nothing saying it was at factory being fixed, then requeat $46 to fix and post despite saying it had been done, then lying about post etc and still have my phone! Xiaomi i received had chinese Rom with loads of spamware and chinese apps plus notifications etc in Chinese. Wouldnt accept a return despite buying a 2 year European warranty just kept saying change language to English which doesnt change the Rom!
Had to report to Paypal to reach a resolution.
Absolute crap company to purchase from, customer service is ZERO and only reply to what they want. Never use again and definitely avoid at all costs!!!"
