Ordered the Cube U30GT2 RK3188 Quad Core 1.8Ghz 10.1inch FHD IPS Retina Screen for wife's birthday on Dec. 3 and was assured that if I paid the $26.50 it would ship the next day and be here in plenty of time. Paid via PayPal. 2 days later on my account no notice of shipment. Opened new ticket and told them along with proof that PayPal had paid them. Next day it showed a shipping # via Fed. Exp For 3 days I kept clicking on status via shipping # of Fed Exp. They told me for the next 4 days that FedEx had the shipment. Called FedEx and the said they did not have the product and until vendor calls them for pick up they can do nothing and that tracking # is something they do via the net, but means nothing until picked up. I have many emails, tickets etc. that I kept and made screen shots of so I could point out all the broken promises they made. Finally received notice that it was shipped and it was here in 4 days. Only problem was that they did not include HDMI cable and screen covers I ordered with the tablet. Opened new ticket and told them so. They said they would ship right away. Well, another 4 weeks and no HDMI cable or screen protectors. Again, nothing but lies. Received tablet 4 days before Christmas or 2 weeks after my wife's birthday. I would avoid these guys like the plague and never ever pay for expedited shipping if you still wish to use them. If I do receive cable and screen savers, I will write again and confirm. The tablet is great, but would never buy anything from them again.
i said I would write back if I received the cable and screens. They came last week. Took less time than paying the expedited shipping of $26 US. 2 screen protectors worth about 1.00 each as a peace offering doesn't come close to what I went through. Again, if you like frustration and broken promises, then buy from them. If not, stay away. "

However, as soon as I placed the order they emailed me to say that it was no longer available and would I like to order X or Y, which both cost much more. Then, a couple days later they posted an ad in one of the android forums offering the iFive 2S at that super price again! And, it was and still is listed on their web site as available. They would not answer my emails and I told them I wanted a full refund. They ignored me and I had to file a dispute with PayPal to finally get a refund, after many weeks. What they did was the old "bait and switch" trick. NOT a very honest company to do business with! Stay away!!!"

I purchased a tablet from SPEMall and paid $35 for the expedited, 3-5 day shipping. 2 days later, SPEMall emails me to say their item is no longer in stock. Okay, innocent mistake. They recommended a different tablet that was $10 more. I asked that, since their website screwed up and since I paid extra to have the item in an amount of time that now is not going to happen, they pay the extra $10. They refused. It's kind of Bait and Switch, but since the replacement was considerably better and only $10 more, I went along with it. They shipped it 2 days later, and it took a week to arrive... much longer than the 3-5 day shipping I specifically paid extra for. The tablet itself had all kinds of problems. I attempted to update the firmware, but the company only offers support in Chinese. The tablet was eventually bricked, and they declined my refund."

Ordered a Window N90 Dual Core tablet, got an e-mail from SpeMall service:

First photo showed an aluminum back cover, second photo showed a plastic one. I decided to go for the aluminum version. Got the tablet, and I have to say - it's my first ever tablet so did not have much experience at all. Did not notice anything at first, but all reviews were praising it as fast and it surely did not feel like it. After some digging, comparing and checking the system settings it turned out - SpeMall sent me the old single core version (remember, I ordered a dual core and paid the price of a dual core model).
Next day I confronted SpeMall with my findings and after a check on their side I heard the explanation that got me really angry, here is the part of the conversation with the service guy:

Judge for yourself, but to me it's complete nonsense. First of all, my order said "N90 dual core", second, why would they ask me if I wanted a single core (without telling that) if I pay the price of a dual core, and third - how the hell am I supposed to know that opting for an aluminum back cover I suddenly "decide" to get an old single core model?
Of course they did refund the money - otherwise I would have opened a PayPal dispute, but they did not refund the return shipping costs which were 21EUR.
Now I have a headache getting the money back from customs (had to pay another 37 EUR on import VAT) and another 4 EUR for customs processing fee that was charged by Fedex is my loss as well - thank you SpeMall!
I can't say if they simply screwed up and sent the wrong item and tried to excuse themselves using the above "we thought you knew" story or if it was an attempt to rip me off, hoping that I would simply not notice the difference (after all, the design of the N90 and N90-II is very similar), but I'm surely not buying anything there again and I would not recommend this store to anyone else."
