"I placed my order over a month ago, and have reached out to them four times to receive an update on the status. They have yet to return my messages. I understand their inventory may be limited, but simple communication with customers would be appreciated."
"I placed an order August 20th, got an email confirmation, then one saying it was being processed. It is now October 25th and still nothing. They have not responded to numerous phone calls, emails and web pages inquiries. I hot someone on the phone once, she said she was with a patient and she'd call back but didn't. Charges need to be brought against them. "

"Same problem as everyone else. I should've looked at the reviews. Item ordered, was told it was on back order, so 4 months later we (me and the customer service rep) decided it was time to cancel the order. I've called daily for a month and either never got ahold of anyone, or they said Casey would call back, which she never did. $70+ dollars down the drain. Complaint filed with BBB, but the company will not respond."
"Same experience as the others, I failed to check reviews before ordering. I received two emails after my order, confirming my order and notifying me that my order was being prepared for shipping but no tracking number was available yet. That was the last I heard. It's been 3 months. I've emailed them several times without response. Thankfully I paid via Paypal and they are handling my claim. Do not do business with this scam organization."

"I placed an online order on September 3rd 2018. I waited over 3 weeks but did not receive my order yet my credit card was charged. I called and was told to wait a few more days. The person I spoke with name is Casey Ore. Close to the end of Sept. I called again. I spoke with a lady named Kathlene. I told her I have not received my order yet I was charged $88.15 and that I wanted a refund and if I did not receive it I would notify my credit card company and the BBB. She said Casey would have to do the refund and it would take about 3 days. She also said they did not want to keep my money. It is now Oct 3rd. NO product and no refund. I contacted my credit card company and they are handling this situation. I should have read the reviews first. Others have experienced the same problem. Don't trust these people!!!!

"I ordered on Jan 1, credit card charged on Jan 3 with “awaiting shipment” as the status. Three weeks and two emails later, same status. Called and left word and finally got an email response from “Casey O” that they were backed up but would send by the end of the week (Jan 19). When this didn’t happen, I wrote to cancel and contacted my bank who reversed the charges.

"An order was placed on Oct 30 over the phone and received an email the next day saying that they would get the order out to me. My credit card was debited two days later.
No news or shipment from them after a week, when I called, only an answering machine answered the phone. I emailed them and received no reply.
Another week passed and I sent them an email saying that if they didn't reply, I would treat it as a fraud and spam. They emailed back the next day saying they would send out the shipment on the next day. I received nothing and 13 days later, I emailed them telling them that I would treat it as a fraud & scam. They emailed me the next day saying that they would send the shipment out on the same day.
I received the shipment on Dec 2. It took more than one month to get the goods and was ignored throughout the process. The way they do business is very unprofessional and have no respect for their customers. I don't want that kind of hassle and treatment; I am sure other companies would like and appreciate my business. "
