"I bought about $2500 worth of outdoor furniture from this store last summer. I was dissatisfied with the outdoor patio set (Real Flame Baltic 3 Seat Outdoor Sofa in Black). I wrote a review about the cushions that faded within a couple of months. Instead of posting my review, they contacted me to see if they could help resolve my issue (hence the 2-stars instead of 1). Of course, nothing came out it except for their refusal to publish my review. If you go to their website, you'll see there are absolutely no reviews on any of their products; I guess that is their company policy which is quite unfortunate. It is a disservice to potential/future buyers not to have customers share their experiences, so they could make informed decisions about their future purchases.
I will never shop at "Starfire Direct" again; they are not trustworthy.

Follow-up review:
Interestingly enough, I received an email response from starfiredirect.com a day after I posted my review here. They finally posted my product review of the sofa (38 days since I wrote my review). I thank "ResellerRatings" for getting the businesses to do the right thing.
