"Recieved a fuel pump with no sending unit.
Took the day off to R/R assembly. Existing pump ok, sending unit is not which is why im replacing.
Its a big job to drop tank.
Part came but was not all there. Sendong unit was supposed to be included as per web page description/specifications.
This is what I wrote ariund noon on friday:
This fuel pump assembly is missing the sending unit or as you call it, a "Fuel Sending unit" which states in the "Specifications" is included.
The instructions that came with the unit state that its not included.
It Says: Important: Transfer the level sensor from the old Fuel Module to the new Fuel Module if applicable.
The whole purpose of all of this was to give my son a dependable way to drive back and forth from collage which he starts next month. It has a 2005 fuel pump in it that still works fine but tge gas gage is all over the place. If it didnt state it came with a sending unit, I would not have purchased this pump from you. Since the assembly is located inside the gas tank which requires a lot of time and money to even get to, why on earth would anyboby not change both?

I just want the AcDelco sending unit that is supposed to have came with the unit in the first place.

"Cheater and fraud. I bought Alternator, they said they are holding $58 deposit that shall be refunded when they receive old Alternator back in the pre-paid shipping label.
They never send the shipping label in the box or in an email. Until i spend time searching and then called the customer service. They said I have to pay $10.**** to get a shipping label. I agreed. but when they received the Alternator back, they deducted more amount and said they quoted me wrong price. Their quote was in writing, I still have a prove.

"Do not do business with this company. If you call their customer service line you won't get a person to talk to. You'll get your voice message transcribed to an email. They sent my part to the wrong address, and would not do anything to correct the problem. They told me to contact the party which they sent my part to 1700 miles away from my address. Thank god for PayPal or I would have been out $100.00. Do yourself a favor and buy from a reputable company."
