Refund for Manufacturer Defective Product

"I purchased a North Face jacket online on December 10th. My daughter wore it about 3 times until the inner armpit lining ripped. She is a small and the jacket is a medium so she had extra room. Stowesports.com allowed me to send the jacket back to them and issued a refund. I appreciated the customer service they provided since it was a manufacturers defect. They took responsibility to deal with the manufacturer and gave me the refund. That is commendable."
