"I ordered a dress for my wedding. I chatted with a rep online about my time table and when I would need the dress by. The rep assured me that I would have it on time otherwise I could cancel my order(I saved the transcripts too). When I realized that I would not have it on time like she guaranteed me, I attempted to cancel my order. My order had not shipped and she refused to cancel it(I have copies of this transcript as well). I will never order from sty dress again and would not recommend them to anyone for any occasion."
