"My experience is very bad, i bought 2 phones they never worked, i paid more than 200€ for them after returning 3 times the phones, the first time they sent bakc to me the phones without even touching them and they said to me they was fixed, second time they told me they will send them to supplier to fix, same result, the third returning they promise to send me 2 new phones, i received 2 used phones and those phones work worst than the other ones, the only solution i get from them after paying 75€ in returning shipments is to offer me a 35€ discount in a next order, I REALLY THINK IT'S A BAD IDEA TO BUY THERE I LOST TIME AND MY MONEY."

"Cannot deliver on time frames. I contacted them after a week and they said they had everything for the order and would post ASAP. That was a Thursday night. Following Monday morning order info was passed o dhl, email received on the Tuesday to say it was sent. By Friday, contacted DHL and item not received by them. Contacted and asked to be patient?!? Monday morning (2 weeks after payment) demanded refund of postage paid, as I asked for express and paid extra.... Suddenly Monday item has been sent to DHL.

"I wanted to add some new merchandise to my store and saw that Sunsky-Online had all the products I was considering. Even though...the shipping cost seemed a bit excessive, I placed an order for a large shipment. I was excited when I received confirmation that my ordered been shipped two days later. I was so excited...I placed two more orders after the initial order. I tried contacting Sunsky-Online to see if I could combine the orders but no one ever got back to me. I wasn't too bothered by that considering I was the one who placed the orders singularly.
Two days after the order was shipped, I checked the progression of the tracking and was alarmed to see that my order was being held by customs and scheduled to be returned to the shipper. I contacted Sunsky-Online to get some information but no one would return my inquiries. I
Sunsky waited so long that y order went into the "National Holiday" which is 7 days long. In the interim, I have customers breathing down my neck because I gave them dates based on the the dates that were given to me.
I understand that there are tougher standards being placed on imports and exports by the Chinese Government but that has nothing to do with your ability to communicate.
This has been a nightmare and I will never order from this company again. As I sit here...I still have yet to receive any merchandise or communication from Sunsky.
I will never order from them again and suggest that you think long and hard about placing an order!"
