They explained return shipping was most likely going to be exorbitant and offered a $3 credit. I will never do business with TBDress again. "

"I see a lot of discounts on the website although I can't click on them or I sent the link to people but it didn't help me. I did get a discount in the end, but none of the higher priced ones mentioned on the site. I tried chat several times, but could only get a general "hi" from them, and no help. My card didn't go through right away and I was contacted from my bank's fraud department before I was allowed to process the order in the end. I sent a message on the order because I could not chat with a qualified rep. I needed to know BEFORE I PLACED THE ORDER if I would be allowed to return the item if it didn't fit or I wasn't completely satisfied."

"I cannot warn you strongly enough, avoid this company, they will rip yoiu off! There are actual Facebook pages set up to warn customers how bad they are... These reviews cannot all be genuine. They are scammers and send out faulty clothing, then it will cost you the earth to send the item back.. They KNOW THIS and even tell you in an email, where they offer you money off your next order instead of a refund, for god sake!
Do not buy from them... I have had so much stress trying to sort out the return and I'm currently in dispute with them via PayPal.
