After all, they said that the ball on PS4 aim control was damaged and don't want to refund the full amount, which is not true. If it was damaged why wouldn't say and not refund it at all? Instead, they made up stories that do not make sense at all. I received only a partial refund because they were claiming that one part of the item was damaged which was not possible in any way. They have an online store, website, registered company and this is the way how they do business and treat customers. "BIG NO" for them!! Do not recommend buying from them on ebay because if you want to return it no guarantee that you will get it. Be careful with them"

"The xbox 360 came in good time.No problem there.Problems started when I turned it on.For a day or so it worked fine.Since then the only problem I haven't had is the rrod.It freezes and throws up error codes or says the disc is unreadable.Sometimes the screen just goes black even when it obviously has power.What I do is just turn it on anf off and open and close the tray several times.Eventually it begins to operate correctly.Took 45 minutes of that one day last week.Attempts to contact the company have failed.The "contact us" optionon the website doesn't and the technical site listed on the invoice is a generic xbox site.I do not recommend this company. "

"Techmia.com did not meet expectations of an online distribution company. Ordering was easy, the memory arrived on time, but the customer service after point of sale IS non-existant. One DIMM failed after ~48 hrs, no problem, just need to get a replacement. I have attempted to contact the company four times via phone, voice mail box has been full. Four emails asking for assistance have yielded no response, and filling out the online forms on the website have been fruitless as well. A month later, unwilling to walk to California to find the garage these people work out of makes me think I'll do a better job of choosing an online store. These cats do not have a clue."

I'm always a bit afraid of Pricewatch because of their history of supporting less than scrupulous vendors, but since it was such a great price, I decided to take a chance since they were not rated at this site. Overall no problems, memory worked great out of the box. Shipping was quick as well."
