"you will get what you order but that's it. you will get no info about your order being shipped. the website just says "complete", no tracking info.

the customer service ****. you have to call and you will get a machine for online orders. i left 2 messages asking about my order. i had to insist on speaking with someone. i was told they had no messages from me. if you don't insist, you get keep getting forwarded to a message machine which will ask for your info. you are told that you'll get a prompt reply. you won't.
i won't be buying here again."
