"Beware of this company. The only way to contact them is by email. They say your email will be replied to in a business day but we have never received a reply. We ordered a swing and never got a confirmation number. After a period of time went by, I emailed them and never got a reply so I thought the order didn't go through. I ordered again and the next day the swing was delivered. I emailed again to cancel the second order and have never gotten a reply. I have emailed twice in the past week and nothing. I am expecting another swing to come and then I will have to call my credit card company and start an investigation on the charges. This is a big pain!"
"This was my first experience ordering from the porch swing company. I am happy to say that it was a very flawless experience. The customer service was excellent, with email being the only way to communicate. However, several emails I wrote were answered immediately and with the information I needed. I felt very comfortable being able to keep contact with the company.

"Avoid this company like the plague! The teak swing I ordered arrived damaged and appeared to be a previously used/returned product. There were scratches and dents, packages were torn open and scattered, instructions were crumpled.
I wanted to return the product because of my disappointment and aggravation. Or receive a discount for the obvious damage. Instead, the company's only offer was to trust 'em to send out a new replacement and it'd be my responsibility to put the damaged swing back in an acceptable shipping container and return it. The company also wanted to blame the damage on UPS, but although there was damage to the shipping box, it appeared to me that the damage was not related to the actual damage to the swing.
In the end, I did not trust this company - you can't even talk to a live human. Just email! What kind of customer service is that, anyway? So, I'm stuck with a lousy damaged swing and an unhappy experience.
BTW - I also found this exact same product available for $100 less...and from a reputable company.

"You need to be 100% sure you will keep a product from this company - or as the old saying goes - 110%. I purchased two rockers, a table, and a porch swing totalling $857. The first box I opened, the rocker was broken. I then questioned the quality of the entire set, and returned everything. I paid an additional $300 for the return shipping costs - which I would normally expect to pay - but then had to pay another $250 for a 20% restocking fee, and to pay the company back for the outbound "free shipping" - for a total of $550 out-of-pocket, with nothing to show for it. The website indicates "Free Shipping" for a limited time only. For full transparency, the company needs to place an asterisk next to this statement. And because there is such a large penalty for returning items, I recommend the buyer needs to click on a box at checkout that indicates he/she is aware of the return policy. At the moment, there is only a small link regarding returns at the bottom of the web page, mixed in with a lot of other links."
