"First of all I have to say that I love the clothes of this online shop. Unfortunately though my experience with their support team was absolutely catastrophic. I had ordered a winter coat in the beginning of January, which got delivered to my front door and left there. I lived at a housing complex and someone apparently thought it was funny to steal the package. Horrible, horrible for me, as it was a $200 coat and I was supposed to leave the states for good 2 weeks later. I called UPS and complained, I called TL and complained. I was told there's gonna be an "investigation" which can take "up to 8 business days". 8 business days later I was still waiting for a response. I must have called their customer support at least 6 times, I got promised call backs with results - none of them happened. Two days before I left the states I finally got to talk to a manager, who was the first to actually apologize and sympathize with my sitution. He promised that he would personally take care of the situation and would send me an email the following Monday. Needless to say that I'm still waiting for that email. I got my money back in the meantime but I am absolutely shocked and disappointed with how I was treated by those "customer service" people at The Limited. I was the one who had absolutely NO guilt in all this, I was the victim, and yet on top of all the moving stress I already had, I had to deal with running after them for over 3 weeks. Worst, worst, WORST customer service I EVER experienced!!!"
"I ordered a purse online from the limited, it was super cute online but did not look at all in person what it looked like on the site for some reason. THe size was off, different color, even material looked different? Not sure, sending back though so hope the return process goes smoothly! Love the Limted otherwise..."
