"THIS SITE IS A SCAM!!!!!!!

I ordered a long sought after Star Wars figure from these incompetant and rude people on Sept 25 2005. I paid as much for the shipping as for the figure as it was their only option for shipping to Canada - it was supposed to take 2-3 business days. TWO MONTHS later nothing has shown up and I don't believe that they ever shipped it or that it ever existed. On Oct 6 I sent an email saying that nothing had come - this supposed customer service agent "Rudy" responded and said they would trace it. The tracking number they gave me never showed up on USPS. I had to email every day for a week before "Rudy" wrote back to say that the results of the trace were "unsuccessful" and that I would have to wait until Oct 29 and get them to send me a claim form which I would have to fax back. During this time I sent all kinds of increasingly nasty emails to try and find out if I could reorder the figure - "Rudy" responds over a week later claiming technical difficulties and assures me that they are legitimate and have been in business 9 years and weren't ignoring me. So Oct 29 I email them to say that I still haven't received the package and they email me a "postal claim form" to fill out. So silly me - I filled it out dutifully and wasted more money faxing it back to them - that was on Nov 10. It is now Dec 13 and after over 30 emails, 2 phone messages and an email from a friend's address (I was trying to trick them into responding) - still nothing...... I checked the USPS website and am now convinced that they made up those stupid forms they sent me as it looked nothing like the one on USPS's website. I just found this review site today and am relieved to know I wasn't the only one duped. I too will report this to the Better Business Bureau and will continue to look for review sites, message boards - any means of warning all the other people out there about these crooks. "

"It has been almost a week since I ordered a game from this site, and I have received NO RESPONSE!

"Don't order from these losers. They'll never ship your stuff anyway. I placed an order and was given the option to cancel if the item happened to not be in stock, which I checked off. Shorty after, I recived an e-mail requesting payment via paypal. You'd think if you got an email requesting payment, it would mean that the item is in stock! So anyway, I made my payment, never heard anything back after that, and recieved nothing. I e-mailed them asking for the status of my order, and recieved no reply of any kind. It was obvious after this point that they didn't have the game and and were going to try and keep my money, so I contacted paypal to take my money back. Appearantly, therage.com thinks that canceling an order means that they no longer have to ship anything and they get to keep your money. After contacting paypal, I was refunded shortly after and therage.com tried to play dumb like they didn't just try to rip me off. I doubt they have any of the items that they're selling. I'll be happy when therage.com no longer exists."

Avoid this website at all costs, I believe this website is a scam. They have sent me a coupon for a second order because my order was shipped out so late, and now they have given me a tracking number which has never left their building.

They have a phone number with an electronic answering machine in which nobody calls you back on, and nobody ever responds to emails.

I have notified the Better Business Buearu, and my attorney to take this site to small claims court.
