"I purchased a Doogee Phone from Tinydeal. I was initially impressed with the service as the phone arrived 8 days later. That's when things started to go wrong. The phone was faulty, it would not charge. After contacting customer service I was asked to try a few options that did not fix the issue. Even though the web site has a 5 day DOA policy as per https://help.tinydeal.com/shipping-and-returns and I notified customer service of the fault on the day of delivery. I was told I would have to send it back to China at my own expense. I returned the item which took 1 month. I was told they could fix it but it would take up to six weeks. I asked for a refund and I was told they would give me 80% of the cost as they were deducting 20% for handling and depreciation. Luckily I purchased through Paypal and they organised a full refund. In future I will purchase for www.dx.com who have a better reputation. This could have been so different as I was initially happy with the purchase and supply of the item and if the customer service had been better they would have had a loyal customer. "
