"I ordered a tablet, got it on time. But box was open. Tablet would not work. Loops at start, never boots. Not offering any fix. So trying to return. Very challenging! As per their policy (5 days) contacted next day itself.
Customer service is only via email. Days before you get a response.
Product need to be returned on your money. They say 1 month before they will get the return.
Then they will check and decide what to do with the tablet.
Very unreliable. I had great hope, but now my money is gone, and stuck with a defective product.
