"dba Groupalicious. This reseller is fine if everything goes well but, as with many such retailers, falls apart if anything goes wrong. In November 2012, I purchased two vouchers for a florist (unnamed because my problems with them were resolved, albeit not without a great deal of emailing and telephoning). At the end of this mess I wanted a refund of the amount I had paid Tippr/Groupalicious, so I emailed them with the details. Initially I received the usual form email stating that they would look into the issue and get back to me. Waiting ... waiting ... and they did not respond. Eventually I emailed to say that, since I had heard nothing, I would ask my credit card to reverse the charge. And BOOM! Automatic refund. I shall remember this one for any similar events in the future."
