"Chains cme in a box loose with no packing slip or instructions - box almost totally destroyed. I have no idea whether these are what I ordered and not even a bag to put them in or a packing slip. Pretty sad service for a $400+ order!"
"Do not order from this company."
"They sent the wrong size chain to me. I paid $1000 for tractor chain, they did not fit. Will accept return if I pay $65 postage and $150 return fee. BUT YOU SENT ME THE WRONG SIZE !! ****......"
"This company has the worst customer service I ever experienced. I ordered my diamond snow chains on 10/03/19, from Dave at the company via the phone. My order shipped promptly and arrived on time; however, this was the only positive part of my experience. The two pairs of diamond style chains were purchased for a Ram pickup for a Colorado hunting trip via I 70. The chains were installed correctly per their instructions. We drove on a snow/icy roadway under twenty-five miles per hour. One chain broke within the first hour of use and left my hunting partner and I stranded for hours on the road. The chains were six days old when installed.
I called the business and was told to send pictures of the broken chain, which I did. I completed my hunting trip and phoned the company on 10/14/19. I was told they reviewed the photos and determined the chain broke, because of several generic reasons like "could have twisted, too loose, or speed." None of these excuses applied to this situation, and they were not going to replace the chain. I requested to speak to a manager and was told they were not available. I asked to speak with someone in customer service, where I was placed on hold for twenty-five minutes with no answer, then the phone went dead. I called back, and Dave told me he was in sales, not customer service. He said I could email customer service and they will deal with it then hung up the phone. Do not buy anything from this company. There’s a reason they have a rating of 2 stars out of 5 and they have been reported to the BBB…. There will be an additional report to the BBB from me.

"My son tried to order from theme with my card and there website would not accept so I did it with my name and it worked I got a conf a few days later I received 2 emails stating 2 sets of chains will be delivered tomorrow. I immediately called them and asked what was going on they said that two orders were placed I explained what there website said they said to refuse the other order and they would refund my money weeks later nothing so I called and they said they would not refund the shipping
I said it was there website error but they refused
I made a complaint with the BBB and they respond calling me the customer names
Not a professional company at all
After I read all the reviews I wish I did it sooner because it says it all about them

"They are the worst chains I have purchased, they fit poorly and will not tighten up. I have a Kubota B 7510 and purchased these for the rear tires. What a nightmare, had to cut cross links and still they are too loose, will never buy from these people again. If I could rate these people less I would, do not waste your time or money with these people. I will be sure to spread the word to as many people as possible. This company should not be in business. "I called Tirechain.com and needed my order before the delivery date. I was nervous and I think the lady on the phone could tell, so she offered to upgrade my shipping for FREE, I accepted and 2 days later my chains arrived. The chains are everything and MORE than what I could have expected. I used them this weekend - complete game changer!! I will be buying my tractor chains here in the future!"
"Tirechain.com are quality chains from a well respected manufacturer. The fit is perfect, with all most no modifications. They are durable and gave me great traction. I have a set on the drive wheels and they really help, so I installed a set on the front to aid in steering on ice and packed snow. Works really well !
Tirechain.com was quick to get my order too me and I recommend this company, fully."
"chains broke on first use and the customer service is horrible "
"If you are looking for a great set of tire chains, go no further. These guys know their stuff and have been around forever.
I got a great pair of heavy duty chains for my Dodge van. If I ever need anything else, I won't hesitate to use them again.
Great product and great customer service!!!

"My son bought Diamond Tire Chains for his GMC truck. He put them on and went approximately 15 miles to try them out. They started digging hole into the whitewall of his tires! He took them off and called Tirechains.com. They sent him a Return Authorization ans we sent them back at our expense ($49.95). They said there was no was their chains could have done the damage. I have pictures to prove it. They would not give a refund and finally agreed to send they chains back."
"Buyer Beware: If anyone is planning to buy tire chains, do not purchase chains from TireChains.com. They are an incompetent and ignorant “middle man”.
It seems that they only stock a limited number of chain sizes and they send you an inappropriately sized chain and then tell you to cut them to fit (both width and length). Hats can be a one-size-fits-all but tire chains should not be.
I recently bought two sets of chains for my truck and when they arrived they were two sizes too big. I contacted the company and emailed them photos of the improper fit. (As a CO resident and a commercial truck driver, I know how chains should properly fit without risking damage to the vehicle.) I received a response that it is acceptable for the chains to be wide enough to nearly touch the rim on both sides of the tire and that it is common for every chain to be too long and I just have to trim to fit; so they would not offer a refund. The company then proceeded to delete my photos and so when I called to dispute their decision i was asked to re-send my photos. I contacted a local chain and tire specialist that agreed that the chains were too large and that the stock number of my shipped chains validated that as they referenced a much larger tire. The company refused to take them back and I was forced to file a complaint with PayPal.
Its like going to a restaurant and receiving an under-cooked hamburger and having the waiter tell you that "a well done burger should be bloody, if you want it cooked more you have to cook it yourself”.

"**UPDATE: The owner of the company called me directly. He provided me with the necessary items to correct the situation. I appreciate the time and effort he put in to make this order correct!**
My first order with them worked out great...no problems. Which is why I did not hesitate to order from them again.
I provided them with my tire size and they shipped out the chains they say I need. The chains arrived quickly ($40 shipping charge). However, the chains are too small.
I emailed them to resolve well within the return period. They requested pictures of the chains on the tire. I promptly emailed the pictures. I followed up after not hearing back a few times. At this point, I have resolved that they are ignoring my request for return/replacement. Im out $158 and stuck with chains that do not fit. "
"My order was shipped promptly, but this was the only positive aspect of my experience. The two pairs of diamond style chains we purchased for our Dodge pickup snow plow were made from inferior grade steel that started breaking during the first hour of use. The rubber straps on the ends of the quick release ratchet chain tensioners began drying out and cracking a week after installation and needed to be replaced with conventional rubber chain tensioners. Because we only installed the chains for the first time about 6 weeks after they arrived, the 30-day warranty period had expired, so we were out of luck. Buyers beware of this company! "
"I recommend avoiding this company - I purchase a LOT of stuff online but dealing with this particular company has been a bad experience: Purchased a pair of reinforced diamond chains for my Silverado 2500HD based on size selection from their website; tried a dry run and chains were too small; called customer service; they were not even able to look up stock # (written in marker on side of bag...) and determine proper fitment specifications. They were unwilling to replace them for a set that fit - even though the set was UNUSED. Unprofessional and shady business practice, and the folks on the phone, while friendly enough, indicated the business records were kept on napkins and yellow stickies somewhere (if kept at all...)...went to Tirechaindealer for a replacement set that is NOT made of Chinese rubbish steel and will stand by their fitment recommendations. Will NOT purchase from Tirechains.com again - apparently they pay Google a lot of money to keep their website at the top of the search page but do not spend too much time ensuring their customers are happy and their products fit as described."
