"I drove down to Toyota of El Cajon Parts dept. to buy replacement floor mats ! The service persons told me they were out of stock ! BUT! I could order them " ON LINE " and they would arrive there the next morning ,for pick up ! I did ! The next day I called to see if my order had arrived ! It had Not ! I was told the main warehouse was also out of them ! But ,they would arrive the next day! Which they did!

All in all ! I was pleased with the service I received ,the delay I except as how business works these days ,as the new normal ! "
