"The upload file option should be activated right when you are adding a product and before you process payment, not after. Ideally there would be a way to see visually what you uploaded paired with the product before a pdf soft proof. Adding multiple files took forever and I gave up and sent my order to customer service. Additionally processing split shipping should be added as placing each order separately wastes so much time. "
