“Jennifer, Now that you've received your oder I was wondering if it was "great"? Our ordering process is a bit different than others, and the reasons why are important to know. When you order with us we have the upload be the last thing you do, this way the file is attached with the order # that is generated once you place the order. Since we started doing this there have been zero mistakes on files getting linked with other orders. We hope this explains the why. Thanks for the order and the review. “Thomas, I’m sorry you had a bad experience. Our checkout process is pretty standard for a shopping site, and it’s not something we designed. If you could explain what you didn’t like about it, we can certainly look into making improvements, although you’re the first person to express any problem with the process. You can actually get a total on your order from the shopping cart before you ever begin the checkout process, with the exception of any rush charges if you need that service. As for the review, you’re not required to provide a review during checkout, and most people don’t, but it’s offered for people who want to provide a review and don’t have the time to go back and do it later.”

No. It's not a ripoff, it's what UPS charges plus the cost of the packaging. We refuse to charge more for our parts in order to offer "cheap" or "free" shipping because we feel that is a rip off. We would offer to mail the parts via USPS, and have done that in the past only to find out if you pay to insure it, not only does it cost more than UPS, but it takes longer too. If you don't insure it, the cost is much lower, but most of the time customers weren't getting their product, which is a terrible spot to put our customers in. Please keep in mind you're always welcome to use your own UPS account. In general top rail end caps aren't a "must" they're for esthetics. If your head rail won't stay shut give us a call as there might be a different problem. ”

Originally the shipping quote was done for a commercial address, since your complete address was entered UPS said it was residential address, which is always a bit more. I realize this $4.00 difference can cause some issues when you've got to have an exact amount. Next time for a quote we will get your full address. We appreciate your order and the feedback. ”
