"My only complaint is that they called me to confirm the order and I wasn't home. They left a message for me to call and I did but it was after their business hours. I left a message confirming my order and told them I could not be home during their business hours so if they needed further confirmation to please email me.
They didn't do that, they called and left another message the next day. I had been staying with a dying friend during the day and finally had to delay my departure for the hospital to call them and get them to ship. I'm not sure what the holdup was because they had all of my information. I paid via Paypal and my shipping address is confirmed but when I called they only asked my shipping address. They made the transaction harder than it needed to be. Once shipped I had my order promptly. "
