"A very large check was cashed. Arturo won't return emails, or calls from anyone. Our whole project is being held up by him. I'm afraid we will never see the truss. An email finally came through to my business office saying our order would be shipped 3 weeks ago. Still we have seen nothing. Still emails and calls aren't returned. They were calling and emailing me every single day when they were waiting for our check, and nothing since. I should have been skeptical when prepayment was a requirement and I should have followed my instincts and looked elsewhere. Unfortunately for them I work for a large university with deep pockets so it will be my pleasure burying this company in the ground. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!"
"Sep 5, 2018 We ordered a booth kit from Trusskits.com based on other glowing reviews but our experience has been horrid. We were told the production lead time for our order would be 17 days. My cc was charged for entire order up front on 9/6/18. We are now 7 weeks from the charge being processed and we only have 1/2 of the materials and I can't get a firm answer when the rest will ship. Our trade show is less than 2 weeks from now and we are forced to start looking for another option because I can't get an answer from them. Arturo will not return our calls.
