"I bought their $89.00 Gut Kit last year, and was able to log into the account for a brief time, but am now locked out of the account. After repeated emails and phone call appointments, uBiome has not helped me. In fact, they have been ignoring my emails, (after first promising to prioritize my case.) It has been two weeks so far. So, of course, my experience of uBiome has been very, very poor. I don't know what happened to my data (since they won't return my emails to explain the situation or to help me retrieve it.) So that was $89.00 Not well spent, for sure.

Unfortunately, they do not provide a printout of the data; it is all online. So being locked out of the account means the service is all the more useless to me :(

No amount of resetting my password allows me into the site. I waited a few days later for their database to index, but no love. No love from uBiome in general :( Bad uBiome. Just Bad, Unprofessional, and Rude.
