"This company is a virtual joke! You order and a month later your coffee arrives. You call and speak to non English speaking people in Texas and the company is billing itself out of New Hampshire, yet it ships from a warehouse in Danvers, Massachusetts!

The owner calls and is very kind and nice but offers no explanation only excuses.

"I found uBuyCoffee while I was price shopping fire roasted coffee. I had gotten some of the best tasting "Yurga" directly from Fire Roasted in Reno and wanted more! I thumbfingered my way around uBuy's site until I had made a real mess of trying to create an account. The best thing I did was admit I needed help, and called Bob. He patiently walked through each of the steps and actually took my first order over the phone. I was extremely surprised when the coffee showed up two days later at my door. It was just in time to make my wife a well deserved b'day cuppa joe. There's no point in me going direct to my coffee roaster when I get my beans as fast or faster from uBuy and the cost to ship is usually lower.
