"The company uShip referred me to Riteway Shipping Out Of Florida and they tried to use a trailer and pick-up truck combination that was ill equipped to do the job of hauling my boat. They caused damage to my boat and neither uShip of the Riteway Shipping refused to cover the cost of the repairs. When I hired a professional company with the right equipment everything was done quickly with no problems. In addition, as soon as I put a poor review on the uShip site I was sent to a new page and unable to add a review. This carrier has all five starts and I am most suspicious that they only post great reviews and refuse to put marginal or negative reviews. Hire a professional directly versus using uShip and the amateurs they are associated with.

"I'd give it zero stars if I could. I wouldn't even be submitting a review if uShip hadn't deleted my post to their Facebook page and then blocked me after I detailed their shoddy customer service when it comes to someone on their site stealing over $3,000 worth of property from me. That's the type of customer service you can expect to receive when your belongings are stolen.
On March 5, 2017, I hired Perfect Shippers via the website uship.com to pick up furniture and boxes from my residence in Maryland on Thursday, March 16, and deliver them to Florida on Saturday, March 18.
The items were picked up by a driver named Mitchell in the early hours of Friday, March 17. The delivery was scheduled for the next day, Saturday, March 18. Mitchell assured me that the delivery would occur as scheduled the next day. I received no communication throughout the weekend despite several text and voicemail messages.
Late Saturday, I was told that the delivery would occur Sunday, March 19, which did not work as I was leaving Florida. Mitchell agreed to store my items until April when I would be back in Florida to accept delivery on Friday, April 21, 2017.
Between Thursday, April 20 and Monday, April 24, I left Mitchell several text messages and left several voicemails and received no response. On the evening of Monday, April 24, Mitchell finally returned my calls with excuses. I asked him to return all items to my home in Columbia, MD. He confirmed that he would do so on Tuesday, May 2.
On Monday, May 1, Mitchell confirmed my property would be returned the next day. I received no communication from Mitchell on the expected delivery date. On Wednesday, May 3, after leaving several more messages, Mitchell told me that he had car trouble and was stuck in South Hills, VA.
After leaving several additional messages between Thursday, May 4 and Monday, May 8, Mitchell told me that he ran out of money and was unable to pay the mechanic's bill. He stated that he was in North Carolina getting money, and would deliver my property no later than Wednesday, May 10.
I've left Mitchell several additional voice and text messages, and once again have not received a response. Uship.com is currently investigating this company and will not provide full details to me. They advised me to file a police report.
Since that time, Mitchell has promised me about 15 new delivery dates. The last of which was supposed to be June 8. On Jun 21, he said he would provide me with yet another date.
So, yeah, I've been dealing with this for nearly four months now. I continue to call this ****, because it takes all of 30 seconds to do.
Did I mention that this person's name isn't even Mitchell? I do know that he's a mental midget. Because, in the meantime, I've been able to locate this person through a combination of Google, Facebook, and Zabasearch. This person has managed to steal from other people through the uShip site, including vehicles. Yes, CARS!
I know where this person lives and works. And now, so do the police, both in Maryland and in his hometown. Because a warrant has been issued for his arrest. I doubt anything will come of it, but #uShip has been totally worthless in this matter. Their last email to me to was "The provider has been banned. Good luck."
So, yeah, avoid this site.
At the end of the day, it's my fault for not researching both the transporter and the terrible site and service that is uShip. The customer service throughout this entire ordeal has been poor. Poor communication, poor follow-up, poor initiative on refunding charges. Avoid this company. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid."
"I booked a transport with uship. 2 days AFTER i booked the transport i got an email stating the carrier i booked with is not ;insured properly; and doesnt have proper licenses to transport a vehicle....
If thats the case why was my Card charged and why in the world was I abe to book my shipment with this said ;companyTo top that it takes 72 hours to process a cancellation (buisness days) and another 1-4 (buisness days) to issue a refund.... "
"Don't use uship.com .Very rude and mean customer service.horrible customer service by Taylor Fergusson and Philip . Did screwed me up with $ 150 and they don't care about the service providers.told us that if we complain with bbb about theirs bad service our account will be suspended.and they did suspend it for no reason.and they losing a lot of money because of that but they don't care. They told us if you dont like it dont use.how customer service person can say that .
