"I was referred to Ultimate Passage from my local Alameda California boat yard back in 2016. I figured if the boat yard uses these guys, then they must be okay. The short story is... it's been a five star experience since day one. Over the years I've decked out a few boats with new electronics packages and Lisa w/Ultimate Passage has always met my needs. These guys are competitive, reliable and trustworthy. In this day and age of online scams or dealing with overseas call- centers, it's great to have a stateside source you can call who will answer the phone, take your credit card number and then have what you've paid for arrive on your door step within few days. Lisa and Ultimate Passage is my "peace-of-mind" go to source for new electronics.
PS, I'm planning in buying myself a new Garmin 8610 MFD from Lisa in two days for my birthday!!!

Not only are the prices SUPER competitive based on all the places I have shopped online but it is actually a store that you can speak to the same person not just a recording. Lisa is just great to work with give her a call if you have any questions. Do not hesitate to purchase from her online!! And as to the Negative review from (Znh11) How ridiculous can you be man!!! You ordered something that people drag behind a boat and try to sling people off of. If you think there is a problem with the product being unsafe call the manufacturer or give them a bad review. This guy was obviously just mad because he couldn't use the tube for a couple weekends for free then get his money back. That's like me buying a dirt bike for my kid and then heading back to the dealership I bought it from and griping at the salesman because my kid pinned the throttle and wrecked into a tree!

What I find interesting is this direct quote from his email requesting a return: "Seems to be these tubes will submarine and sink unexpectedly when slowing down which has caused a serious safety issue with kids and adults on our boat the last couple of weekends. Why would a company sell or make a tube like this????"
It seems to me that he would have contacted me directly after the first use instead of waiting over a month. I think the kids got bored after a few weeks and he decided he wanted his money back.
Regardless, once opened and used, my contract with Sportsstuff does not allow us to take Sportsstuff merchandise back but he refuses to contact them with an exchange of an alternate product."
"Horrible company. Doesn't care about the safety of their customers. Bought a very unsafe towable (Big Mable) from them. After using it three times we realized it was very unsafe for the smaller children and even the adults as it has a tendency to flip over when slowing down or going to slow dragging the people on the tube under with it. Contacted Ultimate Passage about our concerns and offered to EXCHANGE, not even return it. Since we only got up to our lake camp to use it three times they told me I had 'far exceeded their return policy' by a whole month even though we only really used it three times. Please do not buy this tube and please do not use this company since they were not at all concerned about the safety of the product they were selling and danger it poses to young children just only that it was a whole 30 days past their return policy. Horrible, horrible way to do business... "
"After reading the reviews of Ultimate Passage (barysny) I had some concerns.
In any event I went forward and placed an order for a Minn Kota 345 PC on board three bank charger for my Ranger bass boat.
I have to say that the review given above was totally off base. Upon receiving my order confirmation I was given the shipping tracking number but it was incorrect. Upon contacting Ultimate Passage Lisa explained the error and told me not to worry everything would be corrected by morning.
In fact it was and I received my charger in 3 days. Ultimate passage customer service was outstanding.
I will return as a customer.
