Their products, attentiveness to customers (prompt email receipts for orders, quick shipping and confirmation of delivery, for example) are always top notch. And I also love their "plugster" boxes, which are filled to the brim with multiple items for a fraction of what it would cost to purchase the items separately: unlike some online stores, the items they send are actually USEFUL (including things like an LED flashlight, a juicer, a jar opener, etc)! I haven't yet received an i-pad or i-phone, but I will keep ordering in the hopes that one day I will, and that possibility keeps me checking their website and always opening their emails. And I make a point of sharing those emails with friends who have had equally good quality of products and service. A great company for this very happy customer!"
