Of course as soon a I write a positive review I find myself dealing with a strange and very disappointing customer service experience. I ordered a coffee maker (great deal, as usual). It arrived no hassle. Doesn't work. Call the manufacturer and go through the troubleshooting steps. They determine it is bad and I should return it to where I bought it. I contact Yugster and get back " I will need to contact our supplier about this and I will get back to you once I hear back. Please allow 72 hours for an update. I do apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused." Strange, but OK. three days later, same response. I shouldn't have to wait over a week to get a replacement or refund for a defective product."
