I did buy a bundle of AA & AAA batteries one time, but they sent me all AAA's. I sent a request in for them to fix it and got a reply for customer service to send them a picture. I sent the picture and followed up and no response. The same person emailed me again asking for a picture. i resent the picture and no response. I followed up 3x and all my emails were ignored.

That is the only issue I had with them, but wish it was resolved. #105983"
