"I've purchased from yugster 9 times (just ordered my 9th time the other day :) )

Usually I order the junk boxes, on the outside chance that I'll get one of the extra goodies (last time they gave away TVs) but haven't received any of those yet. As far as the junk boxes themselves, they're as advertised...little of this, little of that...random items. Some are useful, some aren't. I've only had one issue, and that was when some sunglasses that came in the junk box had a broken bridge. I contacted their customer service department, and sent them a photo of the broken item and they sent me TWO new pairs within a couple of days.

While the junk boxes aren't worth much more than what you pay for them (retail...for some it will be worth much more, for others less), they DO stand behind their products and have great customer service. Shipping is a bit slow though, but that's typical of "Deal a day" sites"

"I can proudly say that my first purchase from Yugster was a complete and total success! I bought a 2-pack of Motorola Power Pack Slim Series 2000mAh - White (you can find this exact product on Amazon under this name.) I received exactly what Yugster advertised on their site about what they were selling, which was two power packs, a micro usb cord used to charge the power pack, and a usb wall charger. Both of the power packs came in excellent condition! They both work perfectly and came in pristine condition. Neither look like they were previously used - they look brand new. And the price of these two products were phenomenal - a total of $11 including shipping. For TWO of these awesome power packs this is a steal. And to really pull this whole experience together - the shipping was extremely fast. I ordered these on August 10th, 2015 and received them on August 15th, 2015! I was expecting maybe a week or so to ship but they came in five days! I was extremely surprised to see they took so little time to ship. Granted, they are based in Long Island City, NY, and I live in upstate NY, but I still expected longer than five days. I never had to contact their customer service which I'm very glad about, but I also can't say how good or bad it is because I didn't have to contact them. Overall, my experience with Yugster has been nothing but a positive and a pleasant experience. I highly recommend their amazing deals with awesome quality products, very low prices and lightening fast shipping. "

"I purchased an Amazon Fire cel phone that was delived DOA on 8/05. Yugster does not have phone support so I emailed them with my problem. An employee wrote back that she would get back to me after consulting the wharehouse. She later wrote instructing me to leave it on the charger for five hours. This I did with no effect. I wrote back describing my situation and adding that I had seen Utube videos that showed the product booting up right out of the bos. I again received a reply stating that she would get back to me after consulting with the wharehouse. A reading of these reviews show that this is a stock reply . It is now 8/12 and I have yet to hear back from Yugster dispite daily inquieries. I have disputed the charge with my crdit card company. Stay away from this rip-off outfit."
