"Ordered stereo bluetooth headphones. I could tell when I opened the box that they were poor quality. Cheap. You can put any MSRP on something and mark it down 75%. It's the old "putting lipstick on a pig" adage. The sound might slightly resemble "stereo" if the earpieces actually would fit in your ear. There's no way I could jog or workout with these on, as advertised. I can't even sit perfectly still without them falling out, and I have very average ears and ear holes. They're like a toy made of hard plastic. Lesson learned. These earphones aren't listed anywhere on the internet except cheap deal sites like Yugster. Don't fall for it. It'd be quicker to just flush your money down the toilet. Yugster's return policy doesn't allow for much of anything to be returned once it's opened. Once you buy it it's yours unless there's a manufacturer's defect, and I suspect getting a refund of any sort is a challenge. I'll be adding these to my Goodwill box."

"I purchased a refurbished unlocked Samsung Galaxy S4 active. The phone was actually locked because a previous owner owed money according to AT&T. I sent Yugster the documentation and I was told there was nothing wrong with the phone. They refused to replace it. They misrepresented the phone as as being unlocked and fraudulently sold it ."

"Extremely Dissatisfied with my entire purchase of (4-5) Junk boxes earlier this month. I paid $19.95 each before s/h charge on each box of $4.95.
The quality of the items were as the low-quality at many dollar-general and like-stores.
The 5-items in each box had a value no more than $5.00 total.
I spent about $100.00 and was so turned-off by the Extremely Poor quality of the items in the boxes that, unless Yugster resolves this with me, I and my very large circle of friends will quit buying from your store immediately.

"I historically used two "Yours until gone" sites. The other one has turned into a marketing tool for one of the major online vendors. There certainly are other sites other than yugster, but I find they are either reselling yugster products at a slight markup or new Chinese merchandise the think they can mark up from that famous Chinese wholesaler / retailer. Yugster offers real deals, that do run out. The prices are more than competitive. The shipping isn't as quick as "2nd day free" guy, but you are paying a heck of a lot less. I never just buy an item. I research the price and the product. I have bought everything from high end laptops to batteries, and everthing in between. I cannot speak to customer service at yugster as I have never had a problem. Two thumbs up."

"So I ordered an Apple iMac from Yugster. Waited 3 days for any corresspondence to my order, even though the payment came out very quickly, go figure. Then today I get an email saying I am getting a refund from Yugster with no explanation as to why my order was canceled. I passed up a chance to get a similar deal on another site to get this one and now because if Yugsters assumed slip up, I have now missed out on both. Still with no explanation either. Tried to find the live chat but when I click this link "https://yugster.zendesk.com/home”, I just get sent to their FAQs page, no live chat available anywhere. Very disappointed."
