"I've been shopping Yugster for a number of years. They've really improved over the years! Shipping is usually pretty fast now. Usually reasonable as well, though when buying multiple items there is no discount or shipping reduction so have to keep that in mind.
When I've needed to contact customer service they been pretty quick and helpful.

"I like the deals that Yugster offers. A majority of the time the prices are better than most sites though you do have to add in the shipoing costs to your order. Also the shipping costs are additive, not a one shipping cost covers all of the items like other websites. They may sometimes send an electronic item in just a plastic envelope and the item can end up getting damaged during shipping. If they are going to charge at minimum of $3 to ship an item, I would like for them to use a padded envelope for delicate items. Also, you cannot post a review of an item without Yugster reviewing it first. This is probably why you don't see any reviews of the items they sell. i do like their loyalty program in that the more items you buy, there will be a discount on certain items in their catalogue. I check their website daily and i will find something interesting to buy each week. "
