On 8/14/14, I was told they would send another one. On 8/18/14, I inquired on status. O 8/25/14, I was told they were waiting on a return shipping label for me. I complained that the shipping label should have been sent to me around the date of my first inquiry. On 8/27/14, I received the label and sent the package back.
