"I purchased a Troy-Bilt pressure washer a week ago for a reasonable price. Item arrived quickly. Upon setting the pressure washer up, I discovered a missing "water inlet" ( the part the water hose attaches to). I followed the instructions in the box, which said to call Troy-Bilt. I explained to Charles what part was missing and gave him the serial number on the machine. He informed me that only Lowe's and Minard's could sell those particular pressure washers. and the unit is 4 years old. He wanted to know if it was a re-conditioned unit. I don't believe it's re-conditioned, but regardless, it does say it comes with a two year warranty, and Troy-Bilt won't honor it. I contacted Yugster via email and other than the standard reply that my issue will be looked at in the order it was received, I've heard nothing from them about a solution to my issue. I'd be fine with a new 4 year old pressure washer if they'd send me the missing part, and honor the two year warranty as well. So, fast shipping, item looks fine, but... customer no service so far and a big box sitting in my living room. Will update review and rating should things change."

"I gave them 1 star because I wasn’t allowed to give them 0. I placed my order on a Saturday and never received an option of changing the shipping address, called customer service the same day (which wasn’t open during their posted available business hours) and couldn’t change the shipping address. I called back 2 days later and was able to change the address. A day after that, I received an email that said they were sorry, the item had shipped before they could change the shipping address. I got a message from UPS stating the item was delivered to my PO Box, which wasn’t true. It was delivered to a UPS access point. The location was 40 minutes away so I told them to send it back to Yugster. I called Yugster and it took 25 minutes of being questioned and placed on hold for her to tell me that I couldn’t be refunded until the package was received even though she knows I don’t have the package. So I’ve spent over an hour trying to pick up this package, over 2 hours on the phone trying to track down the package, a half hour at work trying to deal with customer service for this package, don’t have the package and don’t have my money either. NEVER again..."

"The worst. Customer service doesn't respond. Sold a product deceptively named the same as a name brand but was a knock off made in China. Refused to accept a return without a 15% restock fee and I would have to pay return shipping."

"I have purchased several products from Yugster at "below cost" as Yugster advertizes. NOTHING WORKS as promised. The two drones don't fly. The iPhone charging cables broke in two weeks. One of the two writing tablets never worked and was not replaced as requested with customer service. The "new" iPad was locked into Sprint and will not work with my carrier, Verizon. Other products came marked "Refurbished in Mexico."

Other products simply never arrived. When the orders did arrive, many were sent from China and were absolute CRAP and took forever to come. A computer was returned, but I had to pat the $22 shipping and a 15% restocking fee I knew nothing about."

"If you've never been to Yugster website, get on it people! Great site for finding many items that are either close outs or overstocks but at much better discounts that other sites. The people behind it are all very helpful and their customer service is A rated if you ever have an issue.

Now the Junk Boxes - yeah you never know what you're gonna get, as Gump might say, but some cool stuff is always in these boxes. so when they do put them up for sale, grab them quickly."
