"I ordered twice off of them, One was a set of King size Pillows. Waited almost 2 weeks for the pillows and they never sent them out. I called and talked to Crystel and Rachel. So I wanted to give them another chance. I ordered a set of Queen size pillows . Again. its been a week and still no tracking number at all, The girl I talked to was Nicole. She had to send an email to the shipping warehouse and still waiting for her to tell me whats going on, I will never use this company Yugster again at all. Sad cause they do have great prices but if you do not get the item you buy, The prices do not matter, Will order from Amazon from now on. More dependable for sure. "

"Ordered an UNLOCKED IPhone 5 for my 13 year old for his birthday. It arrived and all looked good until we went to get service on it. Turns out it won't work with any carrier in the US. It's an IPhone "j" which is from Japan. Trying to get my money refunded right now and have spent weeks going back and forth just trying to get some one on the Yugster end to send me a return label.
